Car Body Shop: Lovells Auto Body Centre - Peterborough

i recently had an accident,it was not even my fault! my insurance broker told me to get 3 estimates, being a lady, i found visiting accident repair shops a bit daunting, 2 were just as i expected, untidy and not very customer focused, then my colleague at work took me to Lovells, how different were they! modern, clean and more like the complete retail experience, i felt very special, they took control of my claim, as it was not my fault they used the services of a claims management company, i got a saab hire car, and i did not have to pay my excess, fabulous, great repairs as well, thanks Joseph and Ben for all you help, well done Lovells.... a refreshing change....
