Car Body Shop: Duston Coachworks - Northampton

BMW Mini One for damage to rear quarter panel.Car was collected on Wednesday 23 January. I phoned on the 30th January to ask when car would be available and was told by a female member of staff that it would be ready on Saturday 2nd February. I arranged courtesy car & cover note to suit. I again called on Friday the 1st February and was told it should be ready for the following day. Phoned on Saturday 2nd and was told the car would not be ready as they had not ordered a part they should have. I spent much of Saturday afternoon trying to contact my insuance agent to extend the cover note as a car was needed on Sunday the 3rd & Monday 4th February.Because of their incompetance I shall be seeking expert advice from BMW mini as to whether the job has been done properly. They have caused a lot of inconvenience because of their lax ways. I advise anybody seeking bodywork to their cars to avoid this lot like the plague. I don't know how much has been charged as My car was hit by a Churchill Insurance customer & Churchill arranged for me to use this lot.
